Guiwei Biotech focuses on functional sugars and plans to build a global core laboratory to upgrade natural dietary fiber and prebiotic raw materials via innovative research.

We have established a sound industry-university-research system and long-term cooperation with top domestic institutions. Working with China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries, our team develops core technologies of functional polysaccharides, optimizes stachyose production processes and application formulas, and promotes the commercialization of healthy ingredient research.

In partnership with the College of Food Science, South China Agricultural University, we co-launch the Nutrition and Health Research Institute for in-depth research on functional polysaccharides. Supported by academic expertise and professional talents, both sides advance joint projects, accelerating technical upgrading of high-quality inulin and stachyose raw materials.
